Resolved 360revolution won't open

When I try to open it, it says I don't have the correct .NET framework. I have a picture attached

go onto google mate and search for .net framework 4.0

install it and then restart your computer.

Problem should then be sorted.

step1: press the Windows key and type "services.msc" then press Enter

step2: search for "Windows Update" item and stop that service.

step3: Open "C:\Windows" look for "SoftwareDistribution" folder. Rename it as anything you like such as "SDold".

step4: start "Windows Update" service that has been stopped from step2

step5: install .NET Framework 4.0 as normal.

 

Does it matter what package you choose?
