Unresolved 360 Revolution Problem

First time trying to mod things and I've been running into some trouble. I haven't been able to run 360 Revolution since I first got it. However, the strange part is there are no errors. It lets me put in my info without any problems, but it doesn't respond when I hit submit. To make matters worse, if I hit submit one too many times, the program will shut down without warning, yet still not displaying any error message. Re downloading has not helped. Any help would be appreciated.
