i have a friend that can't get in his profile on 360 any more cause he forgot his password ,and he bought a lot of dlc and arcade games.i tried to help .he had a hotmail account he sign in but has forgot it.now he is screwed.any ideas on how i can help him or is it a lost cause.
Does he no the e-mail he use when he first got the account? if so den just click on "forgot password" and follow the tut they give u. if u still cant remember it den he'll have to get all the info on the account he can find and call MS.
