Unresolved 360 error

hey guys jus wondered if some one could help me out with 360rev

i keep getting the net framework error

and ive tryed most of the solutions you have here like reinstalling both framework and rev also i have framework 4

ive also tryed the run as admin and that didnt work either anyideas on this frustarting problem would be a big help as i loved this when i first downloaded it and now i cant even get to do anything on it

im running x86 vista
