    Yep...it does look like that. I finally got it to open. I think it was the antivrus that was giving me the headache. Thanks a lot for your help....

    Got it extracted but me computer doesn't know what program to use to open "Gibbed.Borderlands2.SaveEdit.exe" ?

    I just double-clicked it so I guess i opened it instead of extracting. When I go to extract, what do I do? Extract to where?
