How do I install these to my ps3 for use and does it need to be jailbroken?

 

the mod is pretty awesome but sadly with all good things.....there's a glitch you can't get past. on the very beginning of the game i kept dying without any reason. mind you i have finished the game so there's no way i was in the wrong spot or doing anything wrong. later in the game when you have to use the remote sniper rifle you can't zoom at all.....when you use the zoom option the screen just flickers between full zoom and 0 zoom. no way around that i can see unless you install and uninstall the mod everytime the glitch happens.
really sucks since i do like this mod

 

I have the same problem. I updated to 1.02 and changed the files and the cheats are not working.
Do I need to delete the COD Ghosts files from my PS3 first?

How do i download it, and i think it says we need to use winzip after download it. But i dont know how to use these. I am using ps3. I hope you can help me by replying my message of make a video of how to download it and using it (YouTube). If you make this video I will eventually subscribe you.
