Xbox has striped me of 12 months membership.

So i get on xbox this morning hopped on and asked to wan't to buy more gold or revert to free....
i was thinking to myself it was only a month ago i got 12 months, this is beyond funny, my mate told me he was stripped of all his gold and then later was perm banned is this true? or have someone license transferred my gold is that even possible?

 

I would contact microsoft and find out what the score is with it and try to get them to re add it good luck with it

 

its not there mate was there a week ago and i checked the redeem code it said this code all ready been used and when i put the code it said 12m membership, ect ect, im on the phone to m$ now they say they have record of the redeem cose of 12m but have no idea where it gone...

M$ Is stupid, they did this to me a month ago. They charged me twice for one month xbox live, and then made a huge lie about it. They claimed they didn't charge twice, but I had to receipts in my paypal account. One was balance which I used to pay, and then they charged my credit card. They told me I would have to "Notify my credit card company" if I wanted it fixed.....

 

well, it would make sense if they stipped you of gold then banned you, but I dont think that is the new policy. When I was hosting, any 1 month tag I made would still be gold if it got banned, you just get a message saying your account has been banned.

I would call MS and double check though

 

ok so i owed them 11 $ so they took away my 12m and now i gotta pay them 11$ which i all ready payed for and have the bank statement number and they said we never got it... and you will have to pay for another 12m... wow

I just had to buy two 3 months of xbox Gold using my paypal. At least I got 3 days free because they didn't charge me the first time :lol:
