Lego Batman 2 Toy Gotham achievement Bonus Level

Hi,

I am having trouble getting the bonus level achievement to register on Lego Batman 2.
I completed the level and got the achievement but did not go on live to register it. Later on I had to delete my profile and download it gain. When I went to play the game again some other achievements popped up that I had completed but not gone on live to register, but the bonus level did not. I completed the bonus level again but did not receive the achievement. I have been on xbox.com and it does not show as being completed.

Is there any way I can "cheat" to get this achievement to appear or is it a glitch in the game/profile?

I really wanted to get this to appear as I am going for the 1000 points and am nearly there.

no cheat for this really, just try and reset your game or do a mission and then come back to it
