Modding Borderlands saves for people all day.

 

This isn't as bad as my Fallout and Skyrim services, those aren't as easy to mod.

I would be grateful if you could give me a shield with the highest possible capacity (If not invincible) and 4 of the best weapons, but not one-hit kill ones? Please don't rush, take your time.

I can't give you an invincible shield, but I'll give you a powerful shield. Also I will give you some weapons that I think are powerful, because I don't know what the best weapons are. Lastly, I'm going to go to sleep for about 6-8 hours, so it will be a while.

Here it is, you're one XP point from 30. All items equipped are level 29, but everything else is 30. I have items in the bank, they aren't named that's why they are in there. Unlike black weapons when they are taken out, you can keep these. I also gave you some extra money, and some black market upgrades, not sure if those will work though. Anyways onto the save.
