Capcom has released a new trailer for Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on Wii U and 3DS. The new footage offers a look at the game's online multiplayer monster hunting, and cross-compatibility between the two versions for data transfer, including character customisation. This game is Epic if you can find the Wii Controller plug in, and i am gonna guess the Wii U will act the same as using the standard controller. Also will they make you require the Wii U to use the newer version?
The wii u is a little different, the controller it comes with will be to move and Attack, and the touch pad will be to manage items for example consume potions, rations, use wetstones, edit,discard items in inventory, combine items ect.. Also to answer your question, this game will not be compatible on the original Wii, it will be a WiiU & 3DS Exclusive due to its Touch pad requirements.
