    Yeah friend of mine im trying 2 help out is looking for a level 1 with all skills and a good amount of crafting ingredients i was like o_O weird request but ill looking around & ask

    Check here for the save, it might be there. He doesn't mod saves anymore though. So just look at the saves that he's made to see if there is one that you were looking for.
