can i speak, attack, craft, take etc, with the console command tcl in skyrim?

is that ussually i play modded saves in my xbox 360 and actually i were looking for a save that have the console command tcl enebable but first i need to know if i can do everything with the command tcl, please someone who can tell me yes or may tried.

 

I don't think there is a command line for 360...

 

No, you can't because when you save and then load the command gets disabled.
