No modded saves mate but theres a full 1k saveset on here and other saves too.Just use the search bar top right and you shall find all mate.Don`t think there is a editor available not what im aware of anyways.
Yes their is a modded save but not too much modded things sir look at the member/founder @ADDZ as he did upload a modded starter save.

Go offline 4 a bit and load it if they pop den just delete yr profile and redownload it off XBL or u can just stay offline 4 abit den go back online after that.
No the modded saves wont pop any achievements, but the 1000G save set I created obviously will do and there's no need to go offline for those as they are all in legit order
