    Borderlands 2 Changing Enemy Levels

Lets say you want more a challenge, you're a level 50 and you want to fight a level 60 Enemy (or Terramorphous)? You want to boost your new character instantly to 50 via split-screen? No problem.
This can be done for the DLC enemies as well.

Strictly speaking for Single Player purposes. This could be done/used for Online but I/we will not be held responsible for any corrective actions that might be taken upon you (i.e. Banned, Reset, Damaged Save, ect...)

    HOW TO (360):
    Code:
    1. Extract your SaveGame.sav file from within your Save####.sav save
    2. Open your SaveGame.sav file into Gibbed's Borderlands 2 Save Editor
    3. Go to the "RAW" tab
    4. Scroll down to the field named "RegionGameStages"
    5. Click the "Collections" text or the Dropdown Arrow beside the "RegionGameStages"
    6. Click on what Region you want to edit (in the new window that popped up)
    7. Select any or all fields and Change the "GameStage" value for that Region to any designated value of
your choice (that is the level the enemies are for that Region).
    8. Save your file, then close the Editor
    9. Replace/Inject the edited SaveGame.sav file back into your Save####.sav save
    10. Rehash/Resign

    HOW TO (PC):
    Code:
    1. Open your Save####.sav file (located within your PC's Save directory) into
    Gibbed's Borderlands 2 Save Editor
    2. Go to the "RAW" tab
    3. Scroll down to the field named "RegionGameStages"
    4. Click the "Collections" text or the Dropdown Arrow beside the "RegionGameStages"
    5. Click on what Region you want to edit (in the new window that popped up)
    6. Select any or all fields and Change the "GameStage" value for that Region to any designated value of
your choice (that is the level the enemies are for that Region).
    7. Save your file, then close the Editor
    8. Replace/Inject the edited Save####.sav file back into PC's save directory

    No, I don't believe so.
Level 500 Terramorphous still drops level 50 loot.

Loot levels are capped 50, but in the editor the cap is 127 (go figure) That said, I wanna see someone kill a level 500 terramourphous. XD

I have a question. The save file im using, to test modded weapons is only at sanctuary on the first playthrough. When I open up gamestages in the raw data, I see maybe half or less of the Areas you are showing in your picture....So, will I have to use a game save that is at least completed playthrough one to be able to change all levels of the game? Do only the areas you have discovered in-game show up in that drop down menu?

If thats the case, I have other saves that are completed game saves, was jus curious. Thanks in advance

Yes, It does only show the regions you have discovered with that character save. So if you haven't made it to hero's pass, Hero's pass won't show up on the collections.

Ok so with that being said, Can we discover a way to change all of the enemies levels before starting a playthrough...So that we can have some fun and do all the missions while the enemies slowly increase from say, 50 to 60 at end game? Like maybe adding all of the places discovered manually, save R&R. and then the gamestages should show up?

In the collection tab it has every area on there twice so I believe ( Not 100% ) you would have to re-discover the areas on True Vault Hunter Mode. Not for sure so I will check it out.

Does anyone know which mission terramorphous is in the Regiongamestagedata section in raw data using gibbed? Trying to make him level 9003 and can't seem to find the specific mission in this menu.

The first post shows you how with screenshots. I used Terramorphous as an example on how to edit the enemy levels.
