New System Update Xbox 360 27th Nov 2012 *INFO* (2.0.16202.0 & LT+ 3.0)

...just about to update and test it now!!

 

I got it to it just finishing up now

 

well ive not got it yet.

 

I just updated also, but the kernel version is 2.0.16202.0

Differences I've noticed:

You can name your console under console settings

You been could do it on dash kernel 2.0.15574

 

Was there on 15574.

 

My friend who have LT 3.0 is not able to update his 360 because he have an error message

Xbox System update going out today

I wanted to let you know that the team has just released a system update for the Xbox 360 over Xbox LIVE. Starting today when you sign in to Xbox LIVE you’ll receive a prompt to accept this mandatory update. If you are signed into LIVE already, you may be signed out and asked to accept the update and you’ll be back online in a few moments.
In this update, we are correcting some issues such as displaying the incorrect playlist name when launching a playlist from Xbox SmartGlass to the console, an error with Xbox Video closed-captioning and an error with Xbox Music that some were experiencing.

Nice one, they normally have "security Updates" in there too but they have mainly been targeting online Jtag/RGH rather than Flashers in the resent past.

After force updating it work.

 

that was there before the update

 

it wont let me download the update it gives me a status code every time i try downloading it can anyone help?

 

You can download it from their website and install via usb drive or burn a disc.

 

Hmm, I'm unsure about doing this one... gonna wait it out for c4eva lol.

Also I wonder if the sammy ms25 I just did abit ago would be safe regardless no ap2.5 or xdg3 lol.
