I'm trying to extract a save from Hexic HD, and the only data I have for isn't under my gamertag, it's under a different folder in the USB explorer. The title i get for the data is lots of numbers, starting with 5. The video I saw of it had the guy with a save starting woth an E like normal saves do. Thanks for any help. Image 1 is the only data I get for Hexic HD Image 2 is what happens when I attempt to open the save.
Look at the screenshot. It modifies saved games Also, here's a video of a guy using the tool in Revolution http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3V1IqC-5BsY
Trust me ok , you need to open up your profile that you have been playing Hexic HD on and want to mod.
The guy in the video has extracted his profile. The profile is something like E0000165734766 Once you have extracted your profile you can then open it with Hexic HD which is a profile mod tool. You do not need to open the profile to find the save data , the editor will do that for you.
Sorry for sounding sassy, t'was not my intent, I appreciate your help. One last question, how do extract the whole profile as oppossed to a save? I see the title E00000.....but when I select it all that happens is it brings up the files associated with that profile.
Try using xport 360 ( its in the download section of this site) or some other xplorer and then just extract the E0000... folder to your desktop. Then open the Hexic HD editor and open the E000 folder using the editor ...
You are welcome, let me know how you get on, or if you need any further help. Moving topic to 360Revolution Support forums.
Okay I used Modio and xplorer because I'm not sure how to get xport to work with a flash drive. It doesn't help...I don't get a file like the guy in the video does, I get a folder, that has saves in it, which doesn't work with Revolution. Nevermind I used Horizon as a way to extract. Well, 4 years after I first played Hexic I finally get the last achievement. Huzzah.
