I am sorry if this has already been addressed, but I was wondering if anyone knew about the actual gameplay mods for minecraft and if there were any already out there for the 360 edition. Links or explanations of such would be nice.
i dont think that theres going to be any mods for minecraft 360 edition and really you dont need mods because when creative mode comes out youll be able to fly and you dont need x-ray or anything like that just because you can just take out whatever you need from your inventory
not that i know of and i dont think that there will be any because of the XBL CoC, which everybody hates
and just for a tip, i wouldnt put my real GT up on my profile or in any public posts to avoid getting in trouble with XBL because this is a modding forum

i know i have the pc version, people say that Notch wanted to make versions of Minecraft X360 available to the biggest modders but XBL didnt want them to so they're kinda stuck
1. I thought about that after I put it on here and have not figured out how to change it so I just didn't worry about it. 2. Started reading up on the mos and everything and someone sai something about having the popular mods as free DLC, but you can't trust everything, I also believe that it has been a controversy on the 1.8.2 update.
controversy? please tell me more i haven't heard much about that, all i've heard is that they might add fortresses, blazes, enderman, the end, the dragon, creative, and the hunger bar. Though, nobody can be sure you can read this article for the next update http://www.oxm.co.uk...most-difficult/
There are currently no in game mods except for the 360Rev inventory editor I have however been playing with the idea of making a texture pack for the 360 version but it would only be for Jtag/RGH I will have to look into it more when I get back from holiday on Monday
Well, I trust my friends as well as the next man, but my buddy Chris told me the update was being stalled for so long is because someone within minecraft tried to slip the mod update into 1.8.2 and XBL ran a list of chunks and memory givin to them by "minecraft" against the actual data and found extra data that was purposely neutralized on the game, like I said this was told to me by a friend, please don't let it's legitimacy negatively reflect on me.
if anybody does let is legitimacy affect their view on you, they need to learn that rumors are rumors and that there is no possible way to be certain what will happen in any new update without a solid source from developers

i heard the same rumor about popular mods being added as DLC at some point. Would be a lot of fun if that happened.
I'd love to see popular player made texture packs on the marketplace maybe but I doubt we'll see that because they'd have to pay the creator of the textures
You can make custom texture packs on RGH/JTAGs just do a google search seen it on another website. I will not link the website as its a horrible website and hated over here on XPG and I personally hate it
