Sorry but your wrong, if you have seen 4J's and Mojang's tweets and forums, then yes they removed them. The list of the the update had a Bullet and next to it said Removed Herobrine, so yea

 

They said they removed him on PC like 5 times and keep bringing him back.

 

That may be the occasion but all-in-all, the TnT summoner does NOT work because its a mod on the PC.

It is a mod for the pc, but Herobrine was originally once in the game, both Xbox and PC. I've seen him on both platforms, and yes, he does still exist and the summoner does work, just not as immediately as we'd like it to.
