    1. Go Here: http://www.xpgamesaves.com/files/file/530-360revolution/
    2. Click black download box to the right of 360Revolution 2.0681
    3. Click Agree & Download at the bottom of the disclaimer.
    4. Click Mirrors.
    5. In the top right corner it should say Skip Ad with an arrow. Click that.
    6. Download should begin.

When it prompts you with that option select either 7zip or winRAR and then choose extract & place it wherever you want.

when i try to open revolution it gives me the same message again ever after re installing everything. so i go under my start menu and right click over 360 revolution and it has a selection for 7-zip. when i hover my mouse over it, it gives the option of extracting files and extracting here, open files, extract to 360 revolution, test or add archive, compress 360 revolution 7.z or compress 360 revolution zip and email, and add to 360 revolution 7.z or 360 revolution zip. when i click anything i get an error message that says ' cannot find c:/program files(x86)/7-zip/7zg.exe. what do i do?

Check in C;/program files(x86)/7-zip and seeing if it is there. If it isn't, try reinstalling 7-zip again or trying with WinRAR.
