I've been looking around and could not find a save with the same requirements. Below is a list of what I would like to have: -all items (if possible the leveled version example: level 46 chillrend not level 1) -this goes with above alot of dragon bones, scales,filled black soul gems (grand) and about 100 of every ingot -300 perk points, dont give me the perk just points -all spells shouts and at least 300 dragon souls -please no level 81 level 1000 in every skill just everything at normal -normal health, magicka, and stamina -a large carry wieght of10000 -and lastly I still want to create my character so before charater customization A great thanks in advance if you have any question before you mod me a save just post it. sorry if this is a lot. I also have dawnguard so the items from dawnguard would be great too.

I had already used that one but some items are not in the inventory such as archmages robes and konahriks dragon priest mask. i dont mind not having those but the health stamina and magicka are all unlimited and the skills are all from 915-925 which i only want them to be 15-25 and unmodified
