Resolved MineCraft Xbox 360: Having Problems

I did a test file to try and get cactus and it worked now im trying to get cactus on my real save and I cant every time I go to save on the modding it wont save.
Also it is showing items that aren't in my inventory on the modding tool. All i Have in my inventory is dirt, but in the modding tool it is showing items that im not carrying

This is what it says when I try to save"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Contunue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately

arithmetic operations resulted in an overflow"

change the 0 to a number. also if you want to mod your single player games stop letting people come into you game.

im having the same problem my inventory comes up but after im done modding it wont let me save

make sure there are no 0 quantity items (items which you have duped)
