how are you guys getting the skins to work for the characters? I have been able to get the sassy ak to work and the medkits because the zip file does not become too large. However, after i replace the original files in the materials folder located in zip1.360 with the skins (joker nick or tactical survivors) the zip file becomes too large so that when i burn it, the game won't load. and padding the file with netham tool zip fix doesn not seem to work (i get an error message)

any help is appreciated, thank you in advance!
