How To Level Up Fast Ryse: Son Of Rome

This is a guide to leveling up fast on Ryse: Son Of Rome multi-player.
In the multi-player mode you get rewarded for performing well timed strikes and stringing together combos, just the same way as you do in the single player modes.

Picking a God:

Make sure you unlock a new shield or sword from playing one of the chosen gods over and over until you unlock the item, then equip it. My personal favorite God is Jupiter because this allows you to string bigger combos together using the lightning storm which you can activate using the 'RB' button



Jupiter:
Pledging allegiance to Jupiter will regain Focus each time you
perform an execution.

Special Ability:Time Storm

In my opinion this is the best special ability as it slows down time allowing you to attack multiple enemies, especially handy with Leaders.

Apollo:

When you perform executions with Apollo as your chosen God you regain some health.

Special Ability: Solar Stun ability

This move slows down time similar to jupiters.

Diana:

This boss gives an xp boost when you perform executions

Special ability: Hurricane Blast

Diana's special move knocks down nearby enemies which buys you a little time if you start to get overwhelmed.


Mars:

Choosing Mars for your god will award you a damage bonus each time you
perform an execution.

Special Ability: Fires of War

This special ability damages nearby enemies with fire, in most cases it isnt all that effective.


Executions:

Performing executions is critical to ranking up fast. I hit the enemies until they get the white skull icon above their heads and leave them until i have several enemies all ready to execute. Try and execute enemies together for bigger points , and remember to time those hits perfectly.

Please the crowd:

Pressing the 'LB' button speaks to the crowd about your chosen God and buys you time between combos.
If you run out of Barbarian hordes to execute , then hit the 'LB' and it will hold your current combo for around 30 seconds.

Booster Packs:

Booster packs can be purchased using Gold earned during the game. These give you random perks almost and some are very handy. Using this method you can boost your Gold really easily ( thanks Darkside)

Teamwork:

Find a good team mate and work together, try to perform co-op combos where possible because give massive XP.

This is my guide to ranking up fast, the basic fundamental is just keep the combos as high as you can.
