You prbly can hotswap but it wont work as well as a rgh/jtag, x3key or flashed consoles and there is always that risk of being banned when trying to hotswap gta 5.

Replace common.rpf & default.xex in the root of gta 5 games folder, using "redline99" image browser or xboxbackup creator. iso mods for retail flashed consoles. RGH/JTAG install game to the root of ur HDD/CONTENT/000000000000000 folder or were ever u have all ur games installed.
