I know this question has probably been asked dozens of times around here, but I'm new to this site (I just signed up today) and I must say it is a genuine friendly community where everyone helps and share, and I'm glad to be a part of it.

That being said, I'm not sure if I should articulate any further; I'm sure everyone is familiar with the many questions that arise from.

Also this is my second time posting a new thread or topic, ever, so excuse me for any inadequacy or inconvenience.

Thank you,

I'm sure everyone understands it is used at your own risk, and if you are reckless you are putting yourself at risk. Just be smart and you will be ok!

It is mostly safe. They tend not to go after people for gamesave modding but there is always a risk with modding.

Can you be more precise? I have read "be smart" on multiple posts and now, and I mean I understand common sense, but how far can I go to avoid trouble? I'm mainly looking to make "Beat on Hard" achievements much easier, with some other things, all concerning achievements really. I know I shouldn't have online achievements unlock when I'm offline, or parade my new powers in a co-op game; so the question is, how far do I have to go to hide myself while hunting for small game?

As long as you don't unlock achievements out of order you should be okay.

Well like pete said people mod achievements and that is the number 1 way you get caught (i dont myself) and using unsafe saves. Also if you use a legit save to unlock them , dont unlock 15 or 20 games in a day its not smart!

Let me give you an example or two; If I want to beat Rage on hard difficulty, and I give myself 10,000 bandages or if I play MW and give myself unlimited health, are there any serious risks involving that? My biggest use of 360Rev is probably going to be "God Mode" in single player, and maybe some collectibles. Is that really gonna put me on the map for MS to look my way? How could they tell I have a million heath or unlimited ammo or whatever? As for the order of them, thanks for the tip.

Yes if you think you can use godmode online without being reported you are very wrong! Anyone with screencap ability could take a shot of what you are doing and report you. Its just not SMART. When I said be smart I met dont get out of hand, single player games or modes are not as risky though.

You misunderstood, I was actually denouncing using any mods in online. Regardless, I understand. One last thing before I leave you be, is there a need for me to go and play offline (like sign out of XBL, unhook the internet) whenever I'm using a modded save (on single player), or is it OK to stay online? (the only reason would be to be in parties and talk to people)

Oh, sorry about that. As far as going offline, no but again you have to understand you always run a risk with getting in some type of trouble when you arent 100% legit. Just dont go crazy. If skyrim and mass effect 3 get beat in one day start to finish that is sure to look odd.
