Hey i just bought a 1 month membership from xbox.com. and after i tried to remove the card, but it wont let me, i turned auto-renewal off, anything i have to do specific? because my moms gonna kill me lol, it was a sneaky purchase, karma's a ***** though lol, any help would be appreciated so much.

Yea mate, massive load of shite, going to have to wait a month now till i can remove it, i dont trust it on there for 5 minutes let alone a month, i got hacked before and like £50 was spent

thats why i want it gone, i knew that earlier i wouldnt of bothered buying it, silly microsoft.
No one will hack you, just don't give your account info out, and keep change your password every 15 days.
And no, to remove it, they had to delete the membership, but when I did that they removed the card!

Make sure Auto Renewal is off and then just wait until your month is up. For some reason they keep the card on there just in case the payment doesn't go through or something. You can only remove your card AFTER the month is up. Just be careful who you give your details to.

Ok thanks for the information, i made sure auto-renewal is off. and i will change my password every now and then to keep it as secure as possible.

As long as people don't know your password it's okay to leave it as it is, Xbox Live is pretty secure. You have nothing to worry about.
