i have got the new turtle beaches out but i can hear everything out of them but i cant speak outof them and everything has been wired up what can i do to fix this?

try using another controller then reply back

Id check the turtle beach website mate as they have a support section and your answer might be there,id help but clueless when it comes to turtle beaches.

could be the controler one of my controllers sends my turtle beach crazy for some reason

ok double check all wires just might be loose also you connecting to your tv with hdmi cable?

yeah ive connected it with hdmi why is that and ok ill check th wires now

ye thats fine m8 are getting sound from the tv ok

ok make sure the talk back cable is in right and secure and make sure it aint muted

can you pull the mic out or not on the headset

try giving the mic a wiggle see if it respondes

nothing, when it started to bake, i was have to twist the little square part of it to speak but now that dont work?

the headset works fine sounds like the talkback cable is faulty take it back i will be cheaper than getting a new replacement m8 had that when i bought my first pair
