Obviously you'll need to create stuff like trainers or mod tools and stuff like that

I believe you get invited in by the current Dev Crew. (Not 100% sure.) You would have to prove to them that you are really good at programming though.

yer as wallsch said as far as i know you need to be invited and the dev crew is all about 360revolution so making great mod tools would be in the right directions also as far as i know you would just give c0ma the source code for your tool which would be added to 360revolution you would never see the source to 360revolution team xpg would be for alround mods trainers and other mods but same type thing there you need to release your mods to xpg and get invited once they see fit
