Hey guys i need some help with getting the tools to get a hacked lobby for spec ops going. I saw one tut on how to on here but it said something about 360Rev to extract the file and i didnt see the download for the tool so if anyone could help me i would be very much appreciated.

360 rev can be downloaded from the button at the top of the page label'd "download" 
also the files needed to host a spec ops lobby are in premium i believe
