I'm having exactly the same problem.

I really don't get it as I've just got the Camera so am definitely far enough - got something like $170 and A68 (bought 2 of the DLC things for $1 each lol) but still keep getting the "Must have money" rubbish

Is there anybody out there who can help?

Try earning some money in the game and then reup the save as ive tried it but according to the save there is no money to edit.

I've done that and still nothing.

what I have noticed is that if you keep the same instance of Bioshock Editor open and try to open the save again and again, the 'Money' number changes each time and even goes into the negatives as if it's finding a different value each time.

If somebody can tell me how to upload images then I'll provide evidence but for now - I'm sure that either the editor is failing or 2K have patched things up to save in a different way (although after thinking this, I deleted all updates and tried saving the file while offline but still no luck)

I've been able to fix my issue (which I'm presuming was the same as yours) by downloading a different version of 360R from the below post.
