Hey guys, i have been contemplating purchasing a 2TB drive for use with my jtag/computer, and i was wondering how i would have to format/partition it. I'm not sure if it comes in FAT32 by default, because if it does i should only have to partition it. Any help would be appreciated!

Here is a link to the product, and BTW i am using a macbook pro with OSX 10.6.8.

it will need to be formatted to fat32 no matter what so jtag/rgh can use it. Plenty of tools out there (even for mac!)

Leave the 2tb partition as is unless you need to split it

Thanks, and just to be sure, if I format the whole thing to fat32 then windows, Mac, and my jtag could read it correct?

Yes windows and mac can still read it. It just won't take files over 4gb in size

But if it can't accept files over 4gb then could i still use it for my jtag? As far as playing backups?
