Does anyone have a New York Minute gamesave with the last mission not done ?

Hi, Maybe I'm missing something but when I try and continue story it does not give me the option to continue only chapter select. The "how to" says to continue story...but I cant? Their is 3 game saves I tried the first one ony so far...Any ideas? I used modio 3 and rehashed and resigned...
