as EVO stated,this is technically classified as marketplace theft,i got profile banned for doing the exact same thing last yer with the black ops dlc,and i got the 9999 ban

Just remember not to play it on ur own profile lad's but I think most of us have the common sense not to anyway. Just be carefull

U dnt get a box ban m8. It's just a 9999 ban for the profile u use it on. However the profile won't get banned for atleast a month I reckon then u can play it on it offline.

Im not saying ur wrong but I think if ur doing it a lot then ur gna get console banned however I doubt ur gna get console banned for doing it a few times. Ive don it loads on a few accounts and only ever got profile banned and like I said I did it A LOT. The above quote could be a ban for anything like modding, obtaining fifa coins from stolen accounts etc. But like I say Im not sayin ur wrong just in my opinion it's very unlikely. Just for example if u did it the once how are they gna prove that thats not ur profile or maybe ur m8 came round and put his profile on their! They can't ban u 4 that otherwise 100's of thousands of peeps would be getting banned 4 doing exactly that.

They can ban you for anything that happens on your console weather it's yours or not. Your console is your responsibility. I have seen that put on Xbox.com forums so many times by the staff. If you were banned for modding they would say something in modding terms. These people were banned for something to do with account transfer is all that we know. I'm not saying your wrong, I just have a very different view on it. Agree to disagree.

Yeah well theres always a chance of being either profile banned or console banned no matter what you do on XBL
