Ok so after the December 6th dash update I am still currently able to play my AP2.5 games and my XGD3 games without any problems on live. Just thought I would let you xk3y owners out there know.

x3key can't be used online so I'm guessing it's not safer than truncating.I'm going to look into getting one of those. Do you think it's safer than truncating?

To me I have a feeling xk3y is going to be patched as it is only a USB device...
it runs inbetween your dvdrom and the mobo. i guess it could be but it doesn't really do much but simulate your drive opening and closing.

Yea, I'm dumb on the topic. But i'm going to wait a while to see what happens than maybe get it. for now I'll stick to burning.it runs inbetween your dvdrom and the mobo. i guess it could be but it doesn't really do much but simulate your drive opening and closing.

i think it is pure genius and in my mind will be the future methods of most hacks for next-gen.
hardware emulation instead of just firmware or bios exploits is the way forward i think.
