This is a simple way to buy all powers in the game...
1. Look at the pause menu for your XP
2. Open your save (LEC_TFU2.bin) in HxD
3. Look for that number, Ex- 37799
4. change it to all 9's, Ex- 99999
5. Find the numbers again as it' on the save twice and repeat.
6. Rehash and resign then put it back on your HDD
8. Done, I just kept 5 digits and repeated until I had everything.

Bonus:
When you get to the end of the game it has two endings (Dark side and light side), to get the achievements for both in one go all you need to do is beat Darth Vador pick an ending, as soon as your achievement pops dashboard and load the game again, this time when you beat him pick the other ending, easy.
Save (Complete on easy and has a few unlocks) -
Another trick i found was to change it to 99,999, load the game and kill a couple of dudes to push it over 100,000.
Go back into HxD and, now that the value is greater the 6 digits, change it to be like 600,000 or something.
I tested to 8 digits at 99999999 and the save was still fine it might even go higher.
