Please do not make a thread posting a mod tool of any sort.
If you use our downloads section (Here for a shortcut: http://www.xpgamesav...-modding-tools/), once you upload the mod tool properly there will be a "Support Thread" automatically created so users can post bugs, thank you, +rep/-rep you, etc...
Now, you aren't finished yet.
When you go to Update your tool, do NOT edit your first post. Go ahead and go back to where your tool is located within the downloads section (or if you are staring at your first post within your "Support Thread" click the "Click here to download the file."), and Click "Edit" or "Upload a New Version". In doing so -- much like uploading and auto-creating a support thread -- it will update your first post in your support thread for you.
Anyone found guilty of this, may be subjected (but not limited) to have their original thread closed once you uploaded your tools properly in order for it to Auto-generate a thread for your tool (that you can update through the downloads section) [To prevent, duplicate threads].
