Can't start tool or login on pc

    Im running Windows vista and though the comp. is kinda a p.o.s.,I can't start up the too or even log onto the site on my pc, only my tablet. Any suggestions?..

    Make sure you have all .NET Frameworks 2.0 - 4.5 installed and be sure to run as Admin.
