this should be the final tu3 default mp.xex pretty much all cheat write protection is gone allowing to use more dvars that wouldnt let us use before

this has just about all of the rsa checks removed i believe its the best its gonna get atm

im gonna have a crack at a tu3 xex with the rsa removed later on today and try rag as many mods as possible from it

works for me make sure you have the title updates installed
