It doesn't matter. Download either and it'll update the the latest version regardless. Meanwhile, we are in the process of a major overhaul.
It'll check for updates and auto-update upon start-up if it sees there's a newer version out. Meanwhile, right click on the program and go to Properties, then Details. It'll be listed there until the overhaul which may include the version listed somewhere aside from the details.
