All you guys eating Chinese food are falling foul to a conspiracy ... mono-sodium glutamate aka MSG Typically Chinese buffets tend to load the food up with MSG so you feel fuller after eating less. Thus they save money because you’re not eating as much as you normally would. Sly to the max eh! You cant go wrong with a mixed meat donor kebab or a bargain bucket of KFC!
