Requesting A Modded X360 Skyrim Game Save

I've Been Looking Around And Could Not Find A Save With The Same Requirements.
Below Is A List Of What I Would Like To Have:
-Normal Level, Health, Magicka, And Stamina.
-Carry Weight 999.
-50 of Abecean Longfins, 100 Of Salt Pile, 50 Of Cyrodilic Spadetails.
-100,000 Golds ,1 Skeleton Key ,1 Leather Helmet (Fortify Alchemy).
-Nightingale Armor Set (No Enchantment On It).
-1000 Of Black Soul Gem.
-Shouts (Dragonrend, Soul Tear, Dragon Aspect), I Unlock It Myself.
-9 Dragon Souls Only.
-and lastly I still want to create my character so before character customization.
