New laptop doesn't recognize 360 xfer cable??

    My new laptop doesnt recognize the xfer cable, I have already tested the voltage on both laptop usb ports & the onld one is 5.3v and the new one is 5.6v, so it shouldn't be a voltage issue.

    does anyone have any ideas on how to get it to work.
