I was unable to get this working on my xp machine. That only has service pack 2, but I did update it to .net 4.0 with no results.

It ran fine on my windows 7 machine though.

A couple things for anyone trying to use this program, I could only get this to work reliably in game by creating a new game, getting to the point where the character was all done and ready to walk out of the doctors home, then saving and modding that save. If you spend too much time wandering around in-game before you modify your stats then very often the mod will not actually work. I also found that if I was wearing any clothing which added bonuses or negatives to the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats then it would not mod them correctly. The program would report the boosted number instead of the characters normal stat number.

This newer version (1.3) works fine on my xp machine. whatever you changed it fixed that particular issue =)

Yes. I did It. Just go to your 9mm ammo, set it to the max, then do this: Go to the little magnifying glass on the top, and type in Debug Megapistol. It has like 11,000 damage or something like that. Hope this helps!!!

yes. if anybody needs help with getting it to work with the newer dlc i can help just pm me.

the newest version is 4.1 at current writing.
documentation is on zeropair.com, synmuffins website. he's put the project on the backburner as hes working on a new site.

as for dlc, the best way to get it to work with all of the dlc (the problem being old world blues), you must remove the dlc from the device you are saving to, make a new save, start it and get to the point of normal gameplay (past doctors house and exploring in goodsprings), then add the dlc back in and mod. otherwise your character will fall over unresponsive. due to the previous update supposedly pushing bits around.

other problems would be unknown items from dlc. you can attempt to put them in, but its hit or miss whether or not it will show up. and you MUST make sure the dlc is loaded into the save to add things from their item db.

I have used this tool to mod my xbox fnv game save & it worked great, many, many thanks, I do however have one issue, I am level 50 & when I try to load my recently modded save my xbox crashes/freezes, even if I don't change anything, I just exrtact with modio, open with fallout new vegas ve 4.1, save, rehash & resign, save the file, so no adjustments, it causes the freeze/crash, I have also cleared the system cache, but to no avail, any ideas?
As I said, I am greatfull for the help the modding tool gave me, I have no problem with carrying on with the rest of the game without any modding, I am just curious as to why this issue is happening, thank you for your time, all the best, Martin.
