Yes you could offer that type of service. I'd say posting in the "Services" section would be the beast place for it. If you plan on doing it free then no need to have someone verify you. If you want to charge, it would fall under the same rules as any other recovery Spoiler 3.2 / Lobby hosts only need to be verified when they are charging for recoveries or lobbies. If you don't charge you don't need verification, Charging also includes asking for donations.
