    how do you run the program? I don't see any .exe?

    Go to the link, click download, extract it out of the .RAR. Is the file not up for the public yet? I think it may have to be verified by an admin for anyone else to see it, that's what it said at least, but I can see it, may take a few, sorry.

    EDIT: Download link is at the bottom, of the post; along with C# source download.
