try it via dashboard or home or whatever its called, if that doesent work then try it with eject button if there is such a thing, if that doesent work then restart xbox
Its pointless messing around with it any further if you have tried manually ejecting. Contact MS support right away and get them to exchange the console for you, and they will have to do something about the disc too, maybe give you a digital DL ?
It's the system not what he's doing. Best bets letting it fall under warranty I wouldn't mess with it
