Xbox live status is currently reporting that there are issues with cloud storage. The status suggests that Xbox 360 users may have trouble gaining access to their gamesave's on the cloud. Xbox support also state that they are working with Rockstar to resolve the cloud issues that gamers have been experiencing. All other services are working fine right now. Big thanks to XPGOrion.
