According to MS that means the Xbox hasn't shut down properly due to a power shortage, unplug all wires from the console and the mains and try to boot up again, also what color is your power light on the pack?
The power pack is orange when it's on? if so that means it's faulty. Step 4: Check your power supply cables Your power supply cables might not be plugged in completely. Unplug the cords from the back of your console, the power supply, and the wall outlet. Plug the power cords firmly back into your console, the power supply, and the wall outlet. Be sure to plug your console directly into a wall outlet. Do not use a surge protector or an extension cord. Press the power button on your console.
Hmm they look red to me, anyhow two means it's overheating. Two red lights on an original Xbox 360 console Solutions Two lights flash red if the original Xbox 360 console is overheating. Try the following solutions: Solution 1: Move your console Turn off your Xbox 360 console. To prevent your Xbox 360 overheating, move your console to an open, well-ventilated area, away from other electronic devices. Good Ventilation. Bad Ventilation. Tips for positioning your Xbox 360 console Don't put your console in an enclosed space. Put your console in an open area with lots of ventilation. Don't stack other electronic devices on top of or underneath your console. Make sure your console and its power supply are on a hard surface. Don't put your console on something soft (like a bed, sofa or rug). Keep your console away from heat sources, such as ventilation openings on televisions and electronic devices. Also, keep your console away from heating vents and direct sunlight. Turn on your console. If your Xbox 360 console still has two flashing red lights around the power button, try the next solution. Solution 2: Let the console cool down Turn off your console. Wait one hour for the console to cool down. Turn on your console. Note After turning on the console, you might see a message on the screen confirming that the console was shut down due to overheating. The message will say: "Your Xbox 360 console is designed to automatically shut down to protect it from insufficient ventilation" The message will also contain information about ventilation and console placement. Press A on your controller to close this message. If two lights around the power button of your console still flash red, try the next solution. Which is a repair...
no i know its not overheating look http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2009x68&s=6 iv had some problems with this xbox in the past but then iv had it like this
That gives me images of Chinese dudes  unless your xbox is a Chinese dude then I can't help you
 What have you done there ... That could be giving it problems for a start with all those extra wires and such, Only other option I can think of is to get it looked at, It's clearly not over heating and your power supply is working as you said it's green, Is there no error message on your TV when you have it hooked up?
Do me a favor and try get me the secondary error code. The specific type of hardware failure can be determined by a "hidden" error code Turn the xbox 360 on, and wait till the 3 red lights are flashing. Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button. The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code (as described below). Release the eject button and press it again. The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code. Release the eject button and press it again. The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code. Release the eject button and press it again. The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code. Release the eject button and press it again. The LEDs will go back to the 3 red flashing lights. You should be able to determine the difference between the 3 flashing lights and the error code lights by the rate in which they flash. Here is how you interpret the LEDs to get the code number: All four lights flashing - 0 One light flashing - 1 Two Lights flashing - 2 Three lights flashing - 3
