Hey guys My whisper legacy switch detached from the ribbon i can see the points which connect together but obviously the ribbon is plastic. How would i go about connecting them back together? Im guessing i cant solder as it will burn the plastic..... Had a read online.... How would i go about soldering the flex ribbon cable back to the switch pcb? Is there an art to it, do i need to scrape the plastic off to the bare metal on the cable and solder? Thanks!!
