    specificly i want to make acustom private game that will give me diamond guns, xp , challenges , and let me prestige.
    i have net tools , hex editor , sdk , python , horizon , gibb editor , modio , is there anything i am missing

    No you need to be online with www.xboxlivestealth.com in order to do any stats ect modding with MW3/BO1/BO2.

    No you need to be online with any private servers similar to www.xboxlivestealth.com in order to do any stats ect modding with MW3/BO1/BO2.

    Just because something isnt public does not mean it doesent exist. Also what about NXBLS? You thought that Jester was behind it which was obviously wrong, so what kind of other "false" information do you have regarding NXBLS?
